Had to call three times asking where the technician was who finally showed up more than an hour after when they said they would. Technician said he was late as he was getting gas but they could have communicated that better. I canceled but the tech showed up after I left and ended up changing the tire as the car was accessible and charged me full price for mobile service (3x more than a local garage) which I didn’t need any more since they didn’t keep their appointment. The technician also kept calling insisting that I pull over to pay him as he was waiting until the payment went through. He also didn’t trim the repair plug tail—which is fine. I would try another service next time.
